1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement made between you and GenXEmpire, concerning your access to and use of our ecosystem and its associated services.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

All source code, databases, video lectures, methodologies, software, website designs, audio, and text on our platform (LMS) are owned or controlled by us and are protected by copyright laws.

STRICT ANTI-PIRACY POLICY: Generating, copying, or using download managers (like IDM/FDM) to rip our streaming videos is strictly prohibited. Accounts caught extracting video data are subject to permanent HWID bans without a refund.

3. User Registration

You may be required to register with our platform. You agree to keep your password confidential and will be responsible for all use of your account. Account sharing (giving your login details to someone else) triggers our security bots and will result in an immediate suspension.

4. Disclaimers and Earnings Guarantees

Our platform is provided on an as-is basis. We make no warranty that our service will be uninterrupted or error-free. The examples of earnings shown on GenXEmpire are estimates of what is possible. While our blueprints consistently generate high numbers, there is no physical guarantee that you will make the exact amounts displayed.

5. Refunds & Purchases

Since your purchase is an instantaneous digital asset library paired with mentorship, all sales are considered final unless a specific exception guarantees it on your signed batch agreement. There are zero general refund policies once course content has been unlocked and consumed.

6. Governing Law

Terms of service operations and any disputes shall be governed by the laws within the jurisdiction of our company (Pakistan) without regard to any conflict of law provisions.

Continued use of GenXEmpire assumes full acceptance of these terms.
